PARA was Founded in 2014, as a nonprofit organization to assist families in Mayes County find the resources they need. Over the years PARA has experienced some transitions, but our Mission “to serve and empower the residents of Northeast Oklahoma, through strategic planning and education, striving to eradicate poverty one person at a time” has never changed, and we hope it never will. We are hoping the updates to PARA make it the best ONLINE resource guide in Mayes County.
